    I cannot get the jar base off of the blender to assemble my blender. It won't move at all. It will not accept the blender jar and blending assembly.

     If the jar gets stuck on the blending base, follow these steps:

    1. Unplug the unit
    2. Turn the jar clockwise to tighten jar onto the jar base

    Remove the jar base from the single serve jar by turning counterclockwise. Then carefully remove blade assembly.

    I can't get my blender to sit on the base properly. And it does not sit flush on the counter. Do I have something in backwards?

    Please check that you haven't accidentally put the blade assembly on backward.

    Due to the blender overheating (flashing light). If this happens, unplug the blender to reset and wait 10-15 minutes to allow the motor to cool down.

    Blender overheated or button held longer than 30 seconds. Please try unplugging to reset the unit. Let unit cool for at least 20 minutes.

    How does the single serve jar attach and unattach?

    Check the power cord for any damage or push the power cord in the blender as if there is a loose connection inside. Make sure the lid is correctly attached. If this issue persists, please contact BLACK+DECKER® for assistance.

    I can't reassemble the pieces correctly including getting the base, blades, etc back together to fit. Can you help?
