When I press start the dishwasher keeps going into lock.
Press and hold the Steam/Sani for 3 -5 seconds. If your controls are still locked after performing this, we recommend resetting your dishwasher by disconnecting power from the unit for 2 - 3 minutes and reconnecting power.
Hold down the "Steam" button for 3 seconds to unlock the dishwasher.
New dishwasher. Turned on and all light panels keep flashing. Cancel will not let me. HELP !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
We recommend trying two things: first, hold down the Steam button for 3 seconds. If that doesn’t work, try unplugging the dishwasher for 2 to 3 minutes, to allow it to reset. Once it comes back on it should be functioning as normal. However, there are some cases when further service may be required, please contact GE Appliances for assistance.
how do i get the lock mode off
To LOCK/UNLOCK the dishwasher control, press and hold the the Steam-Sani/Presoak-Sani/Sanitize pads at the same time, for 3 seconds. The Lock Controls light will turn on to indicate the control is locked and will turn off to indicate the control is unlocked.
