The door is locked and when I hold the lock control button for 3 seconds door lock stays on the screen and control lock appears. How do I unlock the door?
To unlock the washer controls, press and hold the Lock Controls button for 3 seconds. A sound is made to indicate the lock/unlock status.
Is it possible to change the default spin setting for various modes to something other than high? High is leaving all of our shirts with small cuts and tears. Even brand new shirts end up getting cut up.
My washer has sat for 10 months. Will it still work?
I put my washer on pause but the door stays locked.
Press and HOLD the cancel or START button for 5 seconds to try and clear the old cycles and unlock door.
