Why Won/t it brew
Please ensure the coffee maker is plugged in, there's sufficient water, and the filter basket is correctly inserted.
Is the carafe dishwasher safe?
No, the carafe is not dishwasher safe. We recommend hand washing the carafe.
To clean the carafe, fill the decanter with a solution of equal parts water and vinegar and let the solution stand in the decanter for approximately 20 minutes. Discard the solution, then wash and rinse the decanter. Do not use harsh abrasive cleaners that may scratch the decanter.
Why does my coffee maker clean indicator turn on 4 days after I clean it?
The spring assembly fell out. Where does it go?
