    My set is missing the shaft attachments. Upon opening the set the parts that attach to the main handle and the active floor T Device is missing. Can I get those parts please?

    Hi How do I attach the extension rod (floor attachments) into the vacuum cleaner? 1. Either end does not click in 2. The aperture at one end is so small that I don’t see how suction of dust can occur. Appreciate your assistance. Thank you.
