How to mute or stop beeping when pressing buttons?
This microwave does not have Mute option.
My microwave is 2 yrs old and not heating
If the microwave is not heating, there could be one of many components that is not working properly. Please make sure the “Timer” function was not inadvertently used. Check to ensure the door is closed securely. Open the door and close it firmly. This confirms the engagement of the door's safety mechanisms.
