    The vacuum has roller brushes with thick bristles, and it can leave scratches on your timber floors as the timber floor isn’t as resistant to scratches as stone or tile.

    Please the filters should be checked to make sure that they are not blocked or that they require changing. Also check if the nozzle or hose are blocked. Let the cleaner cool down for 30 minutes before plugging it in again.
