    Hi there,
    We have had a Bosch cordless vacuum cleaner 21.6 V 2in1 for a number of years and it has been great. However, today it has stopped working properly. The strange thing is that it works well when the smaller section is used (for crevices etc) so it appears there is nothin wrong with the motor. But when the smaller section is inserted back into the main unit the motor does not come on. Maybe it is a connection problem? I have tried removing and inserting the motor section several times, and the battery is fully charged, so I have run out of ideas. Do you have any suggestions please?
