    the bottom vertical hinge on the left hand side came off its track so the fridge won't automatically close

    The bottom (freezer) door does not shut completely. I suspect that there is ice on the doors that prevent it. How do I remove the freezer door to clean it?

    How do I move the divider in the freezer drawer. It was placed too far back when it was delivered and I want to move it forward.
