    Has anyone Information on the short plug issue? Is it just jammed inside?

    The plug/cord is about 2 inches long and I can't get the rest of the cord out of the machine. Any suggestions or is this a problem with the machine?

    Just received coffee maker. Plug only extends two inches from unit and impossible to plug into outlet. Is it jammed or is this intentional?Mentions short plug but this is ridiculous.

    Hi, my coffeemaker will not brew. I plug it in, hit the on button, the on light comes on, but nothing happens. Any suggestions?
