    How do you switch from metic to standard?

    1. Turn the monitor OFF (display blank).
    2. Press and hold the SET button for 3 seconds until the year begins flashing. 
    3. Keep pressing the SET button until 0.0 appears in the display (unit-selection mode).
    4. Press the MEM button 1 time, and it'll change from “0.0” to “0”, switching from kPa to mmHg. 
    5. Press the SET button, the display shows “donE” and the device turns off.

    How do you switch the monitor back to mmHg from kPa.

    It won't stop inflating and won't stop when pushing the stop button

    I keep getting an E20 error message. What's up?

    E20 shows means the measurement process does not detect the pulse signal. Please try to loosen the clothing on the arm and then measure again.
