    Was watching tv and all of a sudden I have no picture, still have sound but the creep is black

    My streaming is quite slow. A screen display is telling me to uninstall some apps. Is there anyway to add more memory so I can keep the apps that I have installed?

    You cannot increase the memory on this TV. You could try to connect other streaming devices to the TV.

    There's a button on the side of the TV that is used for power. Mine is on the right hand side, about 10" from the bottom. I did press and hold in for a couple of seconds to wake up my tv as it hadn't been on in a while. I then downloaded the Fire TV remote app to use as a remote control, and found another Fire TV remote also worked (from a different tv I had upstairs). Now I've ordered a replacement remote control!

    Make sure that the power cord is plugged into a working outlet. Unplug the power cord, wait 60 seconds, then plug the cord back in and turn on your TV.

    Has worked great for a year now all the sudden the picture won't come on and the power button down in the corner is blinking I unplugged it and plugged it back in nothing worked

    Bonsoir,
    J'ai une TV TOSHIBA 50LF711C20 sur laquelle je n'ai plus de son avec l'IPTV avec a gauche de l'écran un petit haut parleur.
    aucun problème avec les autres applications.
    Ce problème est survenu en rallument la télé.
    Que dois je faire pour solutionner ce problème?
