I have this microwave, just purchased and it takes like 10 min to heat something up at 100 percent power. Why????

Having trouble setting clock ..any suggestions? Tried doing what direction says .to no avail.
Check to see if accidentally the microwave oven is set to child lock (padlock icon). To cancel child lock, press and hold the PAUSE/CANCEL button for about 3 seconds until the LED Display shows the time again. Then set the clock as direction.
How do you set the timer on this microwave?
While the LED Display reads ":", press the PRESET/CLOCK/DEFROST button for three seconds. The LED Display will then read 1:00 and the 1: on the left will flash. Turn the PROGRAM DIAL to set the hour. Once you have set the hour, press the PRESET/CLOCK/DEFROST button again and turn the PROGRAM DIAL to set the minutes. Once you have set the correct time, press the PRESET/CLOCK/DEFROST button again or wait 5 seconds.
