    I bought this cooker in February this year and was satisfied with it. I did write to Westinghouse in answer to a review and mentioned that I was not satisfied with the grill compartment, as it lacked a flat tray. It only had the grill tray, and the rack. I was not given the courtesy of a reply.
    Yesterday I found that my timer has suddenly become inaudible. This is a real problem and I would appreciate someone attending to it as soon as possible. Thank you
