    How do you turn on the broiler?

    How to Set the Upper Oven for Broiling:

    1. Place the meat on a broiler grid ina broiler pan.
    2. Follow suggested rack positions in the Broiling Guide. (see page 13 in the User Manual)
    3. The oven door must be closed during broiling.
    4. Push in and turn the upper oven knob to broil setting.

    What products can be used to clean the enameled cooktop surface?

    Acidic spills (such as tomatoes, sauerkraut, marinades, fruit juices,vinegar, etc.) should not be allowed to remain on the porcelain surface. If the range is hot, use a dry paper towel or cloth to wipe up any acidic spills. When the surface has cooled, wash with soapy water, rinse and polish dry.
