    My washer is just at one year old. The error code F7E1 continues to come onscreen and the washing machine doesn't work at all. I unplugged the power source for some length of time but that didn't reset the code.

    I just bought the WTW6120HW washer. The manual does not help me with following questions. During a cycle, I stopped the washer because it was unbalance during rinse spin? Should I be doing this? I continue the cycle but started from the beginning again. Is the the norm? I've notice the washer goes off balance when washing comforters. I put it in as even as I can.

    Our washer senses and then reports “washing complete” when trying to initiate new wash cycle. Any solutions? Is there a way to turn sensing off?
