The ice full indicator comes on even though there's no ice. I've tried resetting (unplugging the unit and plugging it back in), holding down the select button until the S and L lights start flashing, and cleaning it already.
- Empty the ice basket completely and restart the unit, as the ice sensor may detect residual ice.
- Check if the ice basket is properly inserted, as an improper fit can trigger the "ice full" indicator.
- Allow the unit to cool down for 15-30 minutes after unplugging it, then plugging it back in.
If this issue persists, please contact the manufacturer directly for further assistance.
Low Water light comes on when sufficient water is in reservoir. Unit has been idle for some time, but worked fine prior to cleaning and shut down.
I just turn off and turn on again. Once I had to completely unplug it when it said it was full (but wasn’t) & needed water (but it had water). I’ve also found out that the lever that removes the ice into the bucket can stick causing issues. Gently give it a nudge to make sure it isn’t stuck.

Please try unplugging the unit, removing any remaining ice, and waiting 3 minutes before plugging it back in.

I need to clean the scale off of my ice maker IGLOO ICEB26SS. It is not an automatic cleaning machine. I don’t have a button that says clean. When I keep pressing the select button per manual instructions, it starts running through an ice making cycle. The manual said it would run through 5 or 6 cycles. Is it suppose to cool the cleaning solution and make ice when I am cleaning the machine?
I have had my ice maker less than a month it worked great. Now it is not freezing the cubes. the water goes up but it is not cold inside and no ice is being made.
