  • Is there a filter in washer to clean? Where is it located?

  • User Non avatar #107563 Asia4 months ago

The Fine Mesh filters were removed from under the agitator when it was found that a better pump and larger holes in the hub under the agitator did a better job of removing lint and preventing clogs in the drain system. The drain system allows water to flow through the basket and out the bottom of the tub pulling lint, hair and small particles with the water. There is no maintenance required on this system, so there is not a way to access the pump for cleaning or maintenance.

  • How do I soak?

  • User Non avatar #107562 Asia4 months ago

Soaking can be accomplished by allowing the washer to fill with water and agitate or tumble for a few minutes. Then, press the Start/Pause pad. After allowing the wash load to soak for a period of time, you press the Start/Pause pad again to start the selected wash cycle. The washer will automatically drain if left in a paused state with the lid closed or door closed for more than 24 hours.
