    I talked to an individual yesterday I believe that persons name was Honey. Ipurchased an FH52000G smartwash S/N AT22111D17169 in November of 2022. the problem is the rollers wont spin and the wash and dry lights are flashing, I tried trouble shooting it with Honey per her instructions this did not solve the problem I was told it has a 5 year warranty and that I would need a receipt. I believe I have a invoice from Target stores where it was purchased. The item# is on the invoice is 53741664 Can you please help me with this. Thank you

    I have a FH52000G both wash and dry lights are flashing and the rollers are not spinning. What is the problem

    The brushes should begin spinning when the unit is lowered from the locked position and engaged. If this issue persists, please call Hoover Customer Care at 1-800-944-9200.

    When smart wash is in the neutral upright position, the brushes stop spinning by default. When the smart wash is in the cleaning position, the brushes spin. Also, check around the brush roll assembly to see if there is any hair or carpet fibers that may prevent the brushes from rotating. You can easily disassemble the brush roll assembly by first removing the bottom plastic cover plate then simply slide the 2 brush rolls off and clean the brushes and check for any debris around the end caps where the brush rolls attach to. Reinstall by reversing the procedure. It is in the manual. If that doesn’t work, then try calling Hoover Customer Care at 1-800-944-9200.

  • I can't find my manual. Please let. me know how to turn on the "dry" function. Because right now when I set it on "dry" ... it is not sucking up any moisutre.
