    Why is not there a bottom tray for catching the fat or soils from air fryer. I used cookies tray which got burned drippings and is hard to clean. Had to scratch it. Has anybody else find this as a problem?

    I have just installed this oven in my new kitchen and find that the bench above heats up when the oven is on. I presume that over time this will destroy my laminated benchtop. What can I do to stop this happening? I’m extremely disappointed in this product. This is the first time I have used the oven.

    I have seasoned the oven for several hours now and it still has a toxic smell and odour. The manual says 30 mins. Why is it doing this.
