    I can’t change the humidity percentage. Every time I try, it goes to 75%. I unplugged to reset, and it still does the same thing.

    My dehumidifier stopped working. Not a year old. Cleaned filter. Is there a switch I'm missing to reset?

    I actually didn't realize there was a filter - I just cleaned it for the first time. Does not need to be replaced - its cleanable - I used soap and water and vinegar.
