My dehumidifier stopped working. Just over a year old. Cleaned filter, turned off and on, adjust the humidity level to simply run full time until the bucket is full, nothing seems to work. Please help.

I can’t change the humidity percentage. Every time I try, it goes to 75%. I unplugged to reset, and it still does the same thing.

I have the same issue so was hoping to see a reply from GE. I also tried the link to submit a question although would have been the same question, but the link does not work either.
Is there a filter that I should clean or replace?
I actually didn't realize there was a filter - I just cleaned it for the first time. Does not need to be replaced - its cleanable - I used soap and water and vinegar.
