my Omron HEM-8712 Error 24, could you please assist me to solve my problem.
Error 24 could be caused by movement during the reading. To troubleshoot, you can try these tips:
- Make sure you don't move during the reading. Remain still and do not talk during measurement.
- Make sure the cuff is applied correctly and that there are no holes in the cuff or connector tube
- Remove any clothing that may be interfering with the cuff
- Try loosening the blood pressure cuff. It might be too tight.
If this issue persists, you can contact your local OMRON representative.
