Exhaust kit. Is this available?
When reheating of defrosting the instructions say enter the food code number. Well how the heck do we know what number? I can’t seem to find an answer for that
Why is it surging sometimes when using
WHAT IS THE WATTAGE FOR THIS MICROWAVE??
It is 1000 Watts.
The plate turns but it only cooks less than half of the time. What is going on?
Does this OTR microwave has a sensor for heat and smoke and turns on the fan by itself?
Can you turn off clock? If so, how?
The clock cannot be fully turned off. The colon lights will still blink, if not set.

Does the cooktop light bulb unscrew or pull out?
The cooktop light is located on the underside of the microwave oven and is replaceable. Remove bulb cover screws and open the bulb cover. Replace bulb, close bulb cover, and secure with screws.
How do I turn off sound
The programming tones may be turned off, or all tones (including end-of-function signals) may be turned off. To turn off programming tones, touch and hold number keypad “1” for about 3 seconds, until a confirmation tone sounds. Repeat to turn back on programming tones. To turn off all tones, touch and hold number keypad “2” for about 3 seconds, until a confirmation tone sounds. Repeat to turn back on all tones.
I changed the 40w bulb underneath the mv. But now, the bulb is on all the time. I have lost the high/low/off function. Can it be reset?

How do I soften butter? We can't seem to enter the proper sequence of numbers in the soften mode for the oven to turn on. The oven just beeps.

How do I CHANGE the light blubs
Cooktop light: The cooktop light is located on the underside of the microwave oven and is replaceable. Remove bulb cover screws and open the bulb cover. Replace bulb, close bulb cover, and secure with screws. Cavity light: The cavity light bulb is located behind the vent grille at the top front of the microwave oven, under the bulb cover, and is replaceable. Remove 2 screws on the vent grille, slide the vent grille to the left, tilt it forward, and lift it out. Open the bulb cover and replace bulb. To reinstall, close bulb cover. Replace the vent grille by inserting the 3 bottom latch hooks of the vent grille into the front holes, tilt the vent grille backwards, slide it to the right, and secure with screws.

The microwave comes ready to install set up as recirculating. You are able to change the venting to be vented outside.

I can turn the over range light off. When I push the light button it says:
Full (push again)
Half (push again)
Off
Does nothing
