Control Panel and Display

• Rotary Knob: Turn to select the desired preset mode. Press the knob to start the chilling and mixing process. While the machine is running, you can turn the knob left or right to adjust the texture from softer to harder.
• LED Display: Shows the current temperature setting.
• Child Lock: Press and hold the knob for 3 seconds to activate a lock, preventing accidental mode changes or stops.

Use Guide

Initial Setup and Assembly

1. Remove all packaging materials.
2. Wash all removable parts (container, blade, drip tray, outlet) with warm, soapy water before first use.
3. To assemble, slide the clear drum onto the guide rails at the front of the machine until it clicks into place. Secure it by closing the black half-ring lock behind it.
4. Attach the mixing blade by sliding it onto the motor shaft at the back of the drum, aligning the notches.
5. Place the drip tray by lifting the front of the machine and sliding the tray underneath.
6. Attach the smoothie outlet nozzle if making soft-serve ice cream.

Making a Frozen Drink

1. Ensure the machine is assembled and plugged into a power outlet.
2. Lift the lid on top of the drum and pour in your prepared liquid ingredients. Do not exceed the MAX fill line (54 oz).
3. Rotate the control knob to select the preset mode that matches your drink (e.g., "Juice" for fruit slush).
4. Press the knob in to start the machine. The LED display will illuminate.
5. The smart cooling system will begin chilling and mixing. A slushie can be ready in approximately 15 minutes, depending on starting temperature and volume.
6. Once the machine is running, you can adjust the texture by turning the knob left (softer) or right (harder).
7. To dispense, place a cup under the smoothie outlet. For soft-serve ice cream, use the attached star-shaped nozzle.
8. You can add more liquid through the top lid during operation without stopping the machine.

Cleaning Process

1. Press the knob to stop the machine and unplug it.
2. Open the black half-ring lock and slide the drum assembly out.
3. Remove the mixing blade by pulling it straight off the shaft.
4. Lift the front of the machine to remove the drip tray.
5. Detach the smoothie outlet and handle for cleaning.
6. Wash all parts with warm, soapy water. A cleaning brush is included for the outlet tube.
7. Alternatively, you can run the self-cleaning mode with a mixture of water and mild detergent before disassembling for a rinse.
8. Allow all parts to dry completely before reassembling.

Tips and Troubleshooting

General Tips

• For best results, start with cold or chilled ingredients.
• When making alcoholic drinks, note that high alcohol content (above 16% ABV / 32 proof) can prevent proper freezing. Consider mixing alcohol into the cup after dispensing a non-alcoholic base.
• Refer to the included recipe guide for inspiration and specific ingredient ratios.
• The machine operates quietly, making it suitable for home environments.

Troubleshooting

• Drink is not freezing: Ensure you are not exceeding the MAX liquid fill line. Use colder starting liquids. Check that the alcohol content is not too high.
• Machine does not start: Ensure it is plugged in. Check that the drum is properly locked in place and the half-ring is closed. The child lock may be activated; press and hold the knob for 3 seconds to deactivate it.
• Unusual noise: Stop the machine and check that the mixing blade is correctly attached and not obstructed.
• Leaking: Ensure all components, especially the drum and outlet, are correctly assembled and sealed.
