1. Power plug is not

inserted incorrectly.
6. Room exceeds expected
room coverage area.
1. Replace with new filter.
2. Contact Brondell Customer Service.
3. Remove the plastic bag and place the
filter back into the unit.
4. Ensure that there is clearance of 20”
on each side and 4” in the back of
the appliance.
5. Ensure the filter is inserted correctly
(see page 9 of this manual).
6. Suggested room coverage area is
approximately 280 square feet.

If the air purifier appears to be operating abnormally, please review the troubleshooting
tips before calling the Brondell Service Center as most issues are easily resolved with a
