#1 Is it auto shutoff?

Yep, it is auto shutoff after it boils.

#2 Can the red cup gauge inside be removed and how long is the kettle cord?

Yes I think it can be removed as far as I can remember. I bought it as a present and the cord is of normal size. The feedback I received was that it’s beautiful. So far so good

#3 Mine is not boiling the water fully. Has anyone else had this issue?

Yes, have turn it back on about 4 times before it comes to boil.

#4 Is the exterior of the kettle easy to keep cmean

Really easy to keep clean a wipe with wet cloth and then dry simple won’t need cleaner of any description, it’s the best kettle I have ever purchased all round I so hope they never discontinue them
