Microsoft Exchange E-mail Account
The following settings must be entered when setting up a Microsoft
Exchange E-mail Account.
O
Email address: Enter the account e-mail address.
O
Username: Enter the account username.
O
Password: Enter the account password.
O
Domain: Enter the account domain (optional).
O
Server address: Enter the server address.
O
Use SSL: Choose whether or not to use SSL for Microsoft Exchange.
Other E-mail Account (POP3 and IMAP4)
The following settings must be entered when setting up a POP3 or IMAP4
E-mail Account.
O
Email address: Enter the account e-mail address.
O
Password: Enter the account password.
O
IMAP4/POP3: Select the protocol type from IMAP4 or POP3.
O
Incoming server: Enter the incoming e-mail server address.
O
Secure type: Select the secure type from Off, SSL, or TLS.
O
Outgoing server: Enter the outgoing e-mail server address.
O
SMTP secure connection: Select the secure type from Off, SSL, or TLS.
O
Port number: Normally each account’s default number will be displayed.
