#1 Does this have a silent alarm like the other fitbits?

It has a silent alarm, but I disagree with some of the others. Even on the "strong" setting, the alarm is extremely weak, and will not wake me up from a normal sleep

#2 Does it have voice for when you are running it "says" distance ran and pace so you dont have to look at your watch?

Yes it does, you can enable it from the Fitbit app > Dashboard> Exercise Tile> Stop Watch icon at the top right> Enable Voice Cues

#3 If you are out of wifi range, will it pull data from your phone to use apps, music, etc?

My experience suggests you need to be within range of your iPhone You should confirm with others.

#4 Do you need your phone to listen to music?

No, the watch will work like an old-school MP3 so just download songs into the device, and listen via Bluetooth.

#5 Does it sync with Apple health?

You can download an app such as Sync Solver from the iOS app store and it will sync data between the Fitbit app and Apple Health app

#6 Can you set up this tracker on windows 10 computer?

You can see your results on your Fitbit page on the Fitbit website if you are registered. I don't know if you can set up a direct Bluetooth connection to a Windows10 device but if there is no Fitbit app on the Windows store then it is unlikely that you can do that.

#7 Can you answer a phone call on the watch?

It alerts you on Android, you can accept/reject on iOS. But remember, you cannot talk into the watch anyways like Apple Watch allows.
