The thermometer indicates the outside
air temperature.
The key must be in the “ON” position.
If there is some abnormality in the con-
nection of the outside air temperature sen-
sor, “- E” or “E” will appear on the display.
If “- E” or “E” appears on the display,
contact your Toyota dealer.
(a) If parking brake
is off, stop
immediately and
contact Toyota
dealer.
(b) Fasten seat belt.
If the indicator or
buzzer comes on...
(c) Stop and check.
(d) Take vehicle to
Toyota dealer.
(e) Fill up tank.

Do this.
(f) Stop and check.
(g) Take vehicle to

(h) Close all doors.
(i) Take vehicle to
