#1 How do I return a part or accessory and get a replacement?

Returning a Part
- If you ordered a part online that you would like to
return, please start by requesting a Return Materials
Authorization (RMA). Once you complete and submit the
return form, you will receive a confirmation email within
approximately 20 minutes. Print the shipping label
included in the email and attach to the outside of your
package. The label contains the RMA number and
correct warehouse address for your return. To receive
credit for returned part and accessories, all items must
be in sellable condition. Please allow one billing cycle
for your refund to be processed.
Parts and accessories
- May be returned for credit within 30 days from the date
the part or accessory was shipped to you from our
warehouse. The part or accessory may be returned for a
$15 re-stocking fee between 31 and 90 days from
shipment. After 90 days the part or accessory may not
be returned.
Return Shipping
- We do not cover the cost of return shipping, but if the
reason for the return is determined to be our error, we
will refund the shipping cost of your original order.

- If the part you would like to return was not ordered
online, please call 1-800-477-6186 for assistance, Hours
of operation: Monday - Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
Eastern Time.
Need to Exchange?
- If you're looking to exchange a part or accessory you
purchased, complete the returns process for the current
item and place a new order for the item you need.

#2 What is the warranty for parts and accessories?

All parts and accessories have a limited one-year
warranty, with
the exception of water filters, which have a 30-day
warranty. If
your part fails because of a manufacturing defect within
one
year from the date of original purchase, we will provide a
new or,
at our option, rebuilt part without charge. Return the
defective
part to the vendor from whom it was purchased with a
copy of
the "proof of purchase." If the part is defective it will be
exchanged.
This warranty does not cover parts which are improperly
installed, damaged, abused or used for other than the
intended
purpose. It does not include cost of returning the part to
the
vendor from which it was purchased, labor to remove,
install or
diagnose the failure, parts used in commercial
applications,
incidental or consequential damage caused by possible
defects
with the parts.
EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES - Your sole and
exclusive
remedy is part exchange as provided in this Limited
Warranty.
Any implied warranties, including the implied warranties
of
merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are
limited to
one year or the shortest period allowed by law.

#3 I already have a RMA number - how do I complete my
return?

A RMA number is required for a return and must be
visible on
the return package or the return will not be processed.
Our parts
are shipped from several warehouses. When returning a
part,
the return package should be addressed to the
warehouse that
originally shipped the part. You should have received an
email
that includes your RMA number as well as the correct
return
address and a printable return label. If you did not,
please call us
at 800-626-2002 Monday - Friday 8am - 8pm ET,
Saturday
8:30am - 5pm ET.
