Adjusting the oven burner minimum
setting
The oven thermostat is equipped with a
screw for adjusting the minimum. When
changing the type of gas supply, the
minimum must be adjusted as follows:
1. Light the oven burner and keep it at
maximum for 10-15 minutes with the
door closed and without the shelf
installed. Then turn the knob to the
minimum temperature.
2. Slide off the knob and insert a straight
edge screwdriver to make the
adjustment.
3. If using liquid gas the adjustment screw
must be tightened clockwise to the very
end.
4. When natural gas is used, tighten
clockwise the adjustment screw until its
end of stroke, then untighten it
anticlockwise by half turn (1/2).
The tightening torque of the nozzle
must be 4 Nm.
Take care not to damage the
thermocouple or the igniter when
doing this.
