#1 I see that it works awesome for pet hair but what about long human hair? I shed more than my dogs!

It works for long human hair as well, its the same procedure of having to clean out the roller every so often. I love my bob, I mean he’s not the brightest as he gets stuck in places quite often. Other than that it does the job. He does fill up faster than you think, I have a husky and it is quite a chore cleaning it daily.

#2 How often do you empty it?

It depends on how dirty your house is and how many square ft it covers. I do 2000 sq fr and have several pets. I empty everytime I use it

#3 Does this Bob have a remote?

Yes it has a remote. The remote helps program Bob as well as navigate him around the house.

#4 If I want to use it in Iraq, what replacement parts do I need to buy? There is no service center here.

Initially you will just need replacement filters and maybe brushes. Any other item I bought was based on the code Bob threw when having issues.
