Does it come with a kind of support for music sheet ?
Yes it comes with a stand that attaches.

How soft or limited is the volume? One buyer says that the volume even with headphones is not loud enough.
Mine is plenty loud from the speakers and with headphones.

Does it have quarter inch left and right output?
No, just one for phones/output. The other quarter inch is for connecting a sustain pedal (optional). It's next to the next to the USB.

Can the keys be touch sensitive?
Yes they are touch sensitive, but the keys are not weighted.

What apps can i use on ipad for this keyboard? any goo apps?
To control the keyboard you will have to use the one provided by Yamaha. There are other apps that will let you use ahother sound samples.

How do I know if the protection plan was included in my order?
You receive a separate email confirming your protection plan. You can also go to My Account and then to my Stuff. There cloth can check that.
