    Is the fan quiet?
    You will notice a Fan Noise, but nothing untoward. Sitting with the TV on it is not noticeable, sitting in a quiet room you will notice it. It does not however, bother us at all and the flame effect is quite relaxing. Hope this helps.
    Does it fit a council fire heart ?
    The fire fits flat against any wall or fireplace,we removed or old gas fire and replaced it with this fire
    Hello can anyone tell me how to change the bulbs in the fire. I have lost my instruction booklet and the bulbs seem to have both gone at once.
    as per booklet,to gain access to lamps remove coals/pebbles remove the front fuel effect from fire by lifting it up &out from the slots on the fire.remove the rotisserie by carefully sliding the rubber connecter off the motorshaft.
    remove the bulbs.replace with 60w e14 ses clear candle lamp.take care not to over-tighten the lamp.
