ISSUE ACTION (After re-positioning or adjusting your antenna
you should re-tune your TV)
No picture or sound, or picture is pixelated. • Ensureyouhaveselectedanantennaappropriate
foryourlocation.Visitwww.crest.com.au/myantenna
for assistance.
• Trymovingtheantennatoanotherplaceintheroom.
Placingnearawindowoftenworkswellespeciallyif
youcanpointtowardstheTVtransmissiontower.
• Makesuretheantennaisawayfromanyelectrical
appliances.
• Adjusttheorientation.Trylayingtheantennaataswell
asstandingupright.
• Ifyoulivemorethan10kmsfromatransmissiontower
makesuretheantennaispluggedinandmainspower
is on.
• Ifyoulivewithin0-10kmsawayfromatransmission
toweryoumayneedtoturnpoweroffcompletely
toreducethelikelihoodofsignaloverload.Theantenna
maystillreceivesignalevenifthemainspoweris
switchedoffwhenitisclosetotheTVtransmission
source.
