This is second brand new range our family w “easy clean”
“self cleaning steam ones” Neither works. My daughter is
back to easy off spray and rubber gloves. I had Lowe’s
pickup and got full refund. Knobs don’t light up either.

The burners should not be used while cleaning the oven.

The black stainless steel fridge is darker than the black
stainless on the stove

I bought this stove too quickly. I thought easy clean was
the same as self-cleaning. I hate it, but I guess I'm stuck
with it. I didn't realize that I had a splatter mess in the
oven until it had been there for a few days. I used the
easy-clean feature 3 times and spent nearly 3 hours
trying to clean it out. After having a self-cleaning oven
for many year, now I'm back to having to use a lot of
elbow-grease to clean the oven. I'm just sick about it.

Yes. That is normal. And don't be surprised when you use
the oven and some smoke comes out the seam between
the cooktop and the frame.
