#1 There is a piece of cardboard in my microwave does it belong
there?

Yes, this sheet covers the magnetron. Please do not remove it.

#2 Does the light stay on when you open the door after the food is
done cooking?

The light goes off after the cooking is done but always comes
on when the door is opened.

#3 When does interior light come on?

The light comes on when the door is open or when the unit is
working.

#4 Is the top of the Danby microwave flat?

Wasn't when I got it. On the right side edge on the top was
little damage. It was lifted but was over the LED display so
didn't disturb it's functionality. Can safely be fixed by taking
the screws out of the cove and laying a heavy hardback
book down. Put weight with foot, pops out. "Easy to do".

#5 Does this unit have an automatic revolving turntable?

Yes, it has an automatic revolving turntable.
