If one of the overpressure safety features is triggered:
Turn off your appliance.
Let your pressure cooker completely cool down.
Open it.
Check and clean the safety valve, decompression ball and gasket. See chapter on Cleaning and Maintenance.
If your product leaks or is no longer operational after having performed these checks and cleaning,
return it to a SEB authorised Service Centre.
Regulating your appliance:
The pressure is regulated by the heating element that automatically switch on or off to ensure the adapted pressure level.
To minimise the effects of thermal inertia and improve regulation accuracy, the decompression ball can be automatically
triggered to briefly release steam from time to time.
