Whenever descend in g a hill, always:
1. Drive directly downhill.
2. Transfer your weight to the rear of the vehicle.
3. Slow down.
4. Applythe the front and rear brakesat the same time and very slightly to aid in slow-
ing.
Do not travel at excessive speeds. It is dangerous and can cause loss of ve-
hicle control and tipping, resulting in severe injury or death.
