#1 Does this model have a hidden heater? I have some 'top rack only' items that I wanted to put on the lower rack.

This model dishwasher has a standard heating element at the bottom of this unit. We do recommend keeping all 'top rack only' items on the top rack to prevent any damage to the item(s).
