Frigidaire CFEB27S2FB Questions and Answers

#1 How do I set my oven or range to self-clean?

To self-clean your oven, follow these simple steps:

1. Remove the oven racks.
2. Set your oven control to clean.
3. Select a cleaning time or choose a cleaning level: light,
medium, or heavy soiled.

#2 Is it normal for a fan to come on while using my range and
when does it stop running?

Yes, it is normal to hear your oven fan running when you
turn on the oven including during preheat.
The fan helps circulate the oven temperatures and will
come on and off during the baking process. The fan may
stay on after you have finished baking and turned the oven
off. The fan will stop once the internal temperature of the
oven cools down

#3 How do I use Convection Bake?

For Convection Bake, It is recommended to preheat the
oven before baking food such as cookies, biscuits and
breads.
You will want to reduce the oven temperature by 25
degrees from the recipe's recommended oven temperature.
You can then follow the remainder of the recipe's
instructions using the minimum cooking time.
Please reference your Owner’s Manual for recommended
rack positions when using multiple racks or for more
information. To set the oven for Convection Bake:

1. Arrange the interior racks.
2. Turn the oven mode selector to CONVECT BAKE.
3. Select the desired oven temperature.
