ARBITRATION NOTICE: THIS LIMITED WARRANTY CONTAINS AN ARBITRATION
PROVISION THAT REQUIRES YOU AND LG (as defined hereinafter in the
Definitions) TO RESOLVE DISPUTES BY BINDING ARBITRATION INSTEAD OF IN
COURT, UNLESS YOU CHOOSE TO OPT OUT. IN ARBITRATION, CLASS ACTIONS
AND JURY TRIALS ARE NOT PERMITTED. PLEASE SEE THE SECTION TITLED
“PROCEDURE FOR RESOLVING DISPUTES” BELOW.
Should your LG Mobile Phone (“Product”) fail due to a defect in materials or
workmanship under normal and proper use, during the warranty period set forth
below, LG will, at its option, repair or replace the Product. This limited warranty
is valid only to the original retail purchaser of the Product and applies only when
purchased and used within the United States including U.S. Territories.

• Replaced Products and parts will become the property of LG.
EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ANY IMPLIED
WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
PURPOSE ON THE PRODUCT IS LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION
OF THE ABOVE LIMITED WARRANTY. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL
LG OR ITS U.S. DISTRIBUTORS/DEALERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT,
INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES,
INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOST GOODWILL, LOST REVENUES OR
PROFITS, WORK STOPPAGE, IMPAIRMENT OF OTHER GOODS, COST OF
REMOVAL AND REINSTALLATION OF THE PRODUCT, LOSS OF USE, OR ANY
OTHER DAMAGES WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE.
LG’S TOTAL LIABILITY, IF ANY, SHALL NOT EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE
PAID BY YOU FOR THE PRODUCT. Some states do not allow the exclusion
