#1 Is it frost free or does it have be defrosted manually? Also
under material, it says "plastic". Are most freezers made
with plastic nowadays ?

This item is frost-free. The exterior os the unit is made of steel. The internal cabinets contains plastic.

#2 Is there a return policy?

Yes, mine had damage, so I went with reduced price instead
though. Resolution was fair to good.

#3 The delivery says between 5/7 and 5/12. Will you confirm this
is accurate? Can we arrange our own local delivery?

When I ordered it I was given a specific delivery date and was
supposed to receive a message 30 min prior to their arrival, but only received said message after they had delivered it.

#4 How exactly do they deliver it? Is it unpacked and on
casters so it can be pushed up the driveway? What physical effort is needed when this arrives?

It was in a cardboard box, protected inside by styrofoam
blocks. Delivery guys pushed it on a dolly and left it at the door. We removed packing material and moved it indoors. Wheels at the bottom are very helpful to move it around.
