#1 Is it possible to use dishwasher pods with this unit?

You may use tablets, packet, powder, liquid or gel automatic dishwasher detergent. Make sure you use only detergents specifically labeled for use in automatic dishwashers.

#2 Is it possible to turn off the end of cycle beep?

I am sorry, there is no way to disable the end of cycle signal on this model. We appreciate you checking with us.

#3 So if the incoming water is NOT 120 degrees, will the heating element bring the temperature up to the 128 degrees or at least the effective cleaning temperature of 120 degrees ?

I am happy to help. The dishwasher will not heat the water if the incoming temperature is less than 120 degrees.

#4 Is there a way to turn off all sound on the machine. The noises are too much for me.

There is not a way to turn off the sounds/beeps on this model.
