More than likely, you did not close the dryer lid all the way. Make sure it clicks when you close the door, and you should be good to go

Per the electrical information we have on this model it is rated for 120 volts. The cord needed per the Installation Instructions would be A UL listed 30-amp power supply cord, rated 120/240 volt minimum, with a temperature rating of 140°F (60°C) minimum. The cord should be type SRD or SRDT and be at least 4 ft. (1.22 m) long. The wires that connect to the dryer must end in ring terminals or spade terminals with upturned ends.

This dryer is equipped for use with Natural gas. It is design-certified by CSA International for LP (propane or butane) gases with appropriate conversion.
