Battery may not be charged.
Check the battery indicator and charge if it indicates low battery.
The power switch on the bottom of the Quest
TM
may be OFF.
Indicates battery is too low.
AC adapter might not be plugged in properly. Ensure that the AC adapter is properly plugged into both the docking station and the outlet.

might be OFF. Flip the power switch ON on the bottom of your Quest

and manually dock it so that the charging pins are aligned
