#1 Fan of my Hi-Fi is still running in Active Standby mode

The unit continuously regulates its internal temperature. In Active Standby mode, the fan will stop running once the temperature reaches the normal level.

#2 Why the LCD display of my Philips Streamium does not view images?

The LCD display is just for your convenient control and not for video playback. You need to connect the device to your TV in order to watch a video.

#3 Why there was a pop sound during the installation of my system?

This popping sound can occur due to intermittent connecting of the wires. This popping sound does not harm the device. We recommended that you install the speaker wires when the unit is powered off to avoid the sound.
