#1 How do you connect to the IPhone 7 Plus?

I use a 3.5 jack to micro adapter.

#2 Does this come with mix amp? If not how can I adjust the volume

It does not an you cannot adjust the volume directly from the headset. You either need to purchase an additional amp, or control the volume directly on your computer or console

#3 Can I use this for webinars?

It can connect to a PC/ Mac so I don’t see why not.

#4 Is the mix amp necessary for PC?

Yes they plug directly into your ps4 controller or pc ! It comes with both cords for controller or pc mute button is a switch built into the wire

#5 Does the ps4 version work for Xbox one if your connecting it to a Mix Amp.

No, must be connected directly to controller or purchase the Xbox 1 specific mix amp

These are much better gives precision sound quality and much cleaner

#8 Does this have the sidetone function for PS4?

If you are just using the headset and the built-in microphone, no. If you have it connected to a microphone via aux, like a Blue Yeti, then yes.

#9 Does these have background noise cancellation?

Out of the box no. There is a noise canceling mod kit available. I believe Astro said they did it this way because: most environments don’t need noise canceling and wanted to keep the retail price down.

#10 We bought this back in June and it’s already broken please advise how to return damaged item.

Depends if it’s user wear or manufact defect.

#11 Can you remove the mic?

Yes, and you can also switch it to the other ear cup.
