SOUND ON/OFF
You can mute the oven.
NOTE:
To cancel the mute setting, select SOUND ON at Step
2.

Back/Info provides 9 features and step-by-step
instructions for special functions.
These features can be selected by pressing Back/Info
in time of day or home page and then turning the Dial
and pressing Enter.
DRAIN WATER
The remaining water inside the steam generator can
be evaporated by using the DRAIN WATER function.

Cooking operations and special features can be
demonstrated with no power in the oven.
NOTE:
To cancel Demonstration Mode, select DEMO OFF at
step 2 or unplug the oven from the electrical outlet and
re-plug.
PROCEDURE

Turn the Dial to select DEMO ON and press
Enter.

Press Back/Info, turn the Dial to select DEMO
MODE and press Enter.
CHILD LOCK
Child Lock prevents unwanted oven operation such as
by small children. The oven can be set so that the control
panel is deactivated and locked.
NOTES:
1. To cancel Child Lock, press Enter and hold for 3
seconds.
2. When the oven power is off, the setting returns to
OFF.

LOCK and press Enter.

to keep the adjustment.
The contrast setting will be held in the memory
even if the oven power is off.

The sound setting will be held in the memory

SLEEP MODE
Sleep Mode means that the display backlight will be
automatically turned off if the oven is not used for 15
minutes. Initial setting of the sleep mode is ON.
NOTES:
1. To cancel Sleep Mode, select SLEEP MODE OFF at
step 2.
2. You can press any pad, turn the Dial or open and
close the door to activate backlight ON when the
display backlight is off in Sleep Mode ON.
PROCEDURE

Turn the Dial to select SLEEP MODE ON and
press Enter.
The sleep mode setting will be held in the
memory even if the oven power is off.
