#1 Does it really massage the ankles?

Not really. It touches the back of ankle but it doesn't massage it.

#2 Does this item support dual voltage levels? for example 240 v like in india or europe, or use of a voltage converter recommended?

Yes it does support both 110 and 240 Voltages

#3 Would this fit a men’s size 13 shoe?

My son is a size 13 he uses mine. I don't like it . He always stretches my mess sleeves in it.

#4 Does this unit heat the toe area?

It heats from the bottom so it does warm the toe area

#5 Is it strong? Does it vibrate?

Yes it is. Sometimes I wish it was stronger. No it doesn't vibrate.
